At LabubuPop, we take pride in providing high-quality, authentic Labubu collectible toys. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this policy.

Return Eligibility

Returnable Items

You may return items purchased from LabubuPop within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
  • All included accessories, certificates of authenticity, and documentation are present
  • The item is not on the non-returnable items list (see below)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened blind boxes (due to their collectible and random nature)
  • Items that have been used, displayed, or removed from their original packaging
  • Items with broken seals or damaged packaging
  • Limited edition collectibles marked as "Final Sale"
  • Items purchased during special promotional events that were specifically marked as non-returnable
  • Custom or personalized products

Return Process

  1. Contact Customer Service

    To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@laboribiut.com or +445750398384 within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Return Authorization

    Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the item.

  3. Packaging Your Return

    Please package your return securely, ensuring that:

    • The item is in its original packaging
    • All accessories and documentation are included
    • The RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package
    • The package is properly sealed and protected for shipping
  4. Shipping Your Return

    Ship your return to the address provided in your return authorization. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your protection.

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or was shipped in error.

Refunds

Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to verify its condition. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the inspection is complete.

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit/debit card refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies
  • PayPal refunds are typically processed within 1-2 business days
  • Other payment methods will be refunded according to their standard processing times

Refund Amount

The refund will include:

  • The purchase price of the returned item(s)
  • Any applicable taxes on the returned items

The refund will not include:

  • Original shipping charges, unless the return is due to our error
  • Return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error
  • Any handling or restocking fees that may apply (see below)

Restocking Fees

A restocking fee may apply in certain situations:

  • 15% restocking fee for returns without the original packaging or with incomplete packaging
  • 20% restocking fee for premium or limited-edition items that are not defective

No restocking fee will be charged if the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or if we shipped the wrong item.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product:

  1. Contact our customer service team to confirm the availability of the desired item
  2. Follow the standard return process outlined above
  3. Once your return is processed, place a new order for the desired item

Please note that we cannot hold items while waiting for your return. Exchange items are subject to availability at the time of your new order.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage or defect
  2. We will provide instructions for returning the item
  3. Shipping costs for returns of defective or damaged items will be covered by LabubuPop
  4. You may choose between a replacement (if available) or a full refund including original shipping costs

Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return
  3. You may choose between the correct item (if available) or a full refund including original shipping costs

International Returns

For international orders, the same return policy applies, with the following additional considerations:

  • The return shipping cost for international orders is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors
  • The customer is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes incurred during the return process
  • Please mark the package as "Returned Merchandise" to avoid potential customs charges
  • International returns may take longer to process due to shipping and customs procedures

Blind Box Policy

Due to the collectible and random nature of blind box products:

  • Blind boxes can only be returned if they are unopened with intact seals
  • Once a blind box is opened, it cannot be returned based on dissatisfaction with the specific figure received
  • Defective blind box items may be eligible for return if the defect is reported within 48 hours of opening

Promotional Items and Discounts

For items purchased with discounts or during promotional periods:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" during promotions cannot be returned
  • When returning items purchased with a discount, the refund will reflect the actual price paid
  • If a free gift was included with your purchase and you return the qualifying item(s), the free gift must also be returned in unused condition, or its value may be deducted from your refund
